-liaise with your bank to arrange for discharge of mortgage and registration of a new mortgage;
-calculate rates and taxes adjustments;
-obtain a Stamp duty assessment at the State Revenue Office;
– prepare statement of adjustments;
-attend settlement and advise you once property has settled;
-advise agent the property has settled;
-lodge all documents with Lands Victoria electronically post settlement;
-advise ratings agencies once settlement has occurred.
